Multi-Select & Context Menu

Select multiple triggers at once and manage them in bulk.

Hold Ctrl or Shift to select multiple triggers, then delete, tag, or manage them all at once. Right-click opens a context menu with submenus for tags, enable/disable, duplicate, and more.

How to use it

Selecting multiple triggers

Action Result
Ctrl+Click Toggle a trigger in/out of the selection
Shift+Click Select a range from the current row to the clicked row
Shift+Arrow Extend the selection up/down with the keyboard
Ctrl+A Select all visible triggers

Selected rows are highlighted in accent color.

Bulk delete

  • Press Delete to move all selected triggers to Trash.
  • Or click the toolbar delete button.
  • Or right-click → Delete (N) where N is the selection count.

Deletion moves triggers to the Triggers Trash — not permanent. Restore from there if needed.

Context menu

Right-click a trigger (or a multi-selected group):

Item Notes
Enable / Disable Toggle the trigger on/off (single selection only)
Mark / Clear Obsolete Flag as obsolete (single selection only)
Duplicate Create a copy with a -copy keyword suffix (single selection only)
Delete (N) Moves trigger(s) to Trash — not permanent. N = selection count.
Tags Submenu — assign, remove, or recolor tags across all selected triggers

Keyboard shortcuts

Key Action
Ctrl+A Select all visible triggers
Delete Move selected trigger(s) to Trash
Ctrl+E Edit selected trigger

Tips & gotchas

  • Right-clicking a trigger that is not in your current multi-selection opens the menu for just that trigger, not the whole selection.
  • Tag changes via the context menu apply to all selected triggers simultaneously.
  • Enable/Disable, Mark Obsolete, and Duplicate are single-selection only — select one trigger to use them.
  • Fire (▶ Test) is in the toolbar and Workflow menu, not in the right-click context menu.
