Sidebar Tree Controls

Hide, reorder, and limit the sections in the left sidebar.

The sidebar in each workspace can be customized: hide sections you don’t use, cap how many items each section shows, and reorder sections to put the most important ones at the top.

How to use it

Hide a section

Right-click any section header → Hide section.
Or click the gear icon (⚙) at the top of the sidebar → toggle sections on/off.

At least one section must remain visible.

Show more items

Some sections (By App, Tags) show 5 items by default. Click Show N more to reveal all. Click Show less to collapse back.

Quick-filter icons

Section headers show small icons for their contents (type badges, app names, color dots). Click any icon to filter directly to that type, app, or tag.

Reorder sections

Open the gear popover.
Use the ↑↓ arrows to move sections up or down.
Categories is always pinned at the top.

Tips & gotchas

Visibility and order are saved per workspace.
“Show more” expand state is session-only — collapses on next app start.
The gear popover also shows icons dimmed when the section is collapsed.
