Keyboard Navigation

Navigate and act on clips, triggers, and captures entirely from the keyboard.

Click any row in any table to focus it, then use arrow keys, Home/End, and keyboard shortcuts to move, select, and act — no mouse required.

How to use it

Click any row to give the table focus, then:

/ Move to next / previous row
Home Jump to first row
End Jump to last row
Page Up / Down Jump by one screen
Enter Activate the row (paste clip, fire trigger)
F6 Toggle focus between the list and the preview/editor

Multi-select

Key Action
Ctrl+A Select all visible rows
Ctrl+Click Toggle individual rows in/out
Shift+Click Range select
Ctrl+Shift+Home / End Extend selection to top / bottom

Bulk actions

When multiple rows are selected:

  • Delete key — deletes or removes all selected items (context-aware, see below)
  • Pin toolbar button — toggles pin state on all selected clips

The toolbar tooltip updates dynamically to show which action will happen.

Tips & gotchas

  • Arrow keys only work when the table has focus. Press F6 to jump back from the editor.
  • Don’t ask again for delete confirmations is stored locally and persists across sessions.
  • Ctrl+A inside a text field or the editor selects that field’s text, not the table rows.
  • Ctrl+← / Ctrl+→ resize the preview pane by 50px.
